Please be sure to Take Extra Care and Be Aware when using these products by doing the following: Make sure there is no air draft (fans on or open windows) in the area being smudged, even the slightest breeze can cause the embers to waft or drift into the air. Open the windows when smudging is completed to release smoke.

People with asthma, allergies, bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions should avoid inhaling the smoke during smudging. The smoke can aggravate any respiratory condition. Wear a smoke-proof mask if necessary while smudging and wait until the smoke clears before going into the area smudged.
