Nephrite Jade is “The Crystal that Blesses what it Touches”.
In ancient times, it was revered as a holy and blessed sacred mineral. It creates an integrative energy between oneself and a partner by combining subtle energies of the universe into one’s being that balances the opposing energies. It has been used as an amulet for protection and for minimizing unwanted conditions.
It’s a form of Jade that is made of Jade & Actinolite.
Jade is known as the “Dream Crystal” as it blesses us with insights to our dreams and our hidden knowledge. It encourages us to be who we really are by bringing awareness to our potential and purpose. Actinolite expands the layers of our aura and connects us to “All That Is”, by bringing a sense of familiarity to everything.

What to do with your crystals once they arrive?
*An excellent practice is to cleanse/clear your crystals once you receive them and when you feel they could use a good cleansing/clearing. My go to cleansing/clearing method is smudging! Smudging naturally releases any unwanted/negative energy in the crystal that it may have picked up from its surroundings. It also charges the crystal! I like to use the smoke of palo santo or sage. There are many other cleansing/clearing methods, choose which one feels best for you!
*Another great practice is to set an intention for your crystal! Just hold the crystal and say your intention out loud or silently to yourself. I like to repeat it 3 times. Focus on the connection between your words and the crystal, imagine the words being absorbed into it… and Voila! Your crystal intention is set. An intention could be, I want this crystal to bring wanted/positive energy and calming vibes into my life. Or anything your heart desires! Every time you see the crystal, you will be reminded of the intention you set for it.
