Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

* Orders are shipped via USPS Priority & First-Class Mail and arrive within 2-4 business days for Priority and 2-7 business days for First-Class.

* Other larger and heavier orders are shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground and arrive within 2-8 days.

* The Shipping Cost for each order is based on the weight of the items selected. The cost is displayed during checkout.

* An Order Confirmation is sent via email once we receive your order. 

​

* A Shipping Confirmation with tracking number will be emailed once USPS scans the package into their system.

Satisfaction Guarantee: At Metaphysical Mystic Healing we want our customers to enjoy shopping with us worry-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us on the "Contact" page within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. Please see below for more details on our Return Policy.

Return Policy: Metaphysical Mystic Healing will accept return of products if a request is submitted on the "Contact" page within 14 days of your purchase. The reason for your return must be included in your request. Returned products must be received by Metaphysical Mystic Healing within 14 business days of approval. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any open or used items sent back will not be eligible for a refund.

If a request for return is submitted and an authorization code is issued, the credit will not be issued until the product is returned to us and determined to be in a salable condition within the specific time frame. We are not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure your return is packaged securely with bubble wrap and filling so it doesn't get tossed around while in transit.

Please remember that no two Crystals are the same. The color, size, or shape of each crystal will vary due to them being natural minerals from the Earth. Some crystals may have small natural chips in them from being harvested from the Earth and then tumbled or polished for smoothness.

Out of Stock: If an order is placed and an item is “Out of Stock”, we will notify you via email and refund the cost of the item or items within 2-4 business days.

Damaged Items: We do not sell broken or damaged items. We take extra care packing each item to ensure it gets delivered to our customers without damage during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please photograph the damaged item and email to us @ metaphysicalmystichealing@gmail.com with an explanation of the situation. The email must be sent within 7 days of receiving your purchase and returned to us within 7 business days if the refund is approved.

Cancelling Orders: Once a purchase is made, our team receives the order and begins the process of getting the order to you. Because of this, we DO NOT cancel orders after they’ve been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: It is the responsibility of the “Shipping Carrier” for the delivery of your package. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the Shipping Carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
